We've just had our travertine floor filled and sealed by Jason. After so many years of living with this dirty floor we finally made plans to restore it. We should've done it long ago. The holes are filled to the top and sealed. It's so easy to clean the floor now. Thank you so much. We anticipated the house would be in a mess during the service, but we were surprised at how efficient and tidy the team worked. Highly recommended.

This team removed messy grout from the surface of our tiles that were installed two years ago. The tiler who originally installed the tiles throughout our ground floor didn't wipe off the grout from the surface. It was left on quite thick. We tried for years to remove it with various cleaning soaps and scrubbers but nothing would get it off. The rough surface that was caused by the grout clung onto dirt so it looked really bad after two years. I'm so glad we found tile cleaning agents because I thought we would have to replace all the tiles.

My request was to clean temporary sealer and grout haze from a porcelain paved patio. The final result was poor. The grout haze had been removed, but in large areas the sealer remained. It was clear that there was still residue on the patio. There was no real discussion about a secondary service to remove the sealer or a chemical solution re the wording on the quotation. They did not appear to be possess the knowledge, skill, equipment or product to deal with this particular issue and left the premises. My complaint was not dealt with in a professional manner. I certainly would NOT recommend.

Excellent job! Our limestone paved areas were very stained but now look amazing again. They also repaired one of our broken tiles. The team were awesome, worked hard and were efficient in their work. They were professional, courteous, friendly and a pleasure to liaise with - and they were terrific with our two dogs. We are delighted with the work done and would strongly recommend them for any job.

My tiles look brand new after their deep cleaning! Polite team and outstanding results.
