  From first contact, followed by the survey with Andrew to cleaning up after installation Tile Energy were professional, friendly and efficient. They explained everything in plain English! Simon, the electrician, was excellent at completing the fit. Follow-up questions post-installation were dealt with straight away and all the paperwork to connect to the grid followed as soon as available. I am sure India and the team will keep to their promise of looking after us whenever we need some help. They met all our expectations.

  From the initial consultation to the final testing and setup, Tile have been exceptional. It's especially good to know that within three rings there's a cheerful and helpful person, happy to speak to you. My lasting impression is one of total trustworthiness. Tile were recommended to me, and I'll be happily recommending them to others.

  I recently had solar panels and a battery charger installed at my home, and the experience has been fantastic! The installation team was punctual, professional, and did a top-notch job. They explained the process clearly and answered all my questions patiently. The solar panels are working efficiently, capturing plenty of sunlight, and the battery system is a game-changer, storing energy that I can use even during power outages.

  It is often said that you get what you pay for and this was delivered in spades by Tile Energy. Having made enquiries with several competitors, Tile Energy was the only PV supplier and installer that made a home visit before committing to a quotation. The Tile Energy surveyor was noticeably more experienced and knowledgeable than the others I had spoken to. This coupled with their offer of more advanced Solar Edge system monitoring and panel optimisation and higher capacity solar panels than the competitors made my decision a firm one. The installation work was done efficiently, too.

  Tile kept me informed at every stage and were very courteous and efficient. They dealt with the official approvals and administration prior to doing the job, the workmanship itself was very neat and tidy, and, they treated my property with care and respect. I am very happy to recommend them.
