Repair leaking pipe in bathroom
Phil responded promptly (I rang in the early evening and he was with us around 9 next morning), which was a relief as we were worried that the problem could have become much worse. Phil was very helpful and efficient in identifying the cause of the leak and making repairs, very clear in explaining everything and also very considerate when it came to trying to minimise costs. All in all, he couldn't have been better. We were fortunate that he was available to give us his prompt attention, and wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
