  I can not describe in 600 words how poor this workmanship was, in the end I had to pay for a RIC survey and dismiss Jack from my premises and hold back his last payment then spend an additional £9K, which he has refused to pay back, to fix his mess, His leadwork is the worse I have ever seen, the Dormer he fitted pooled water- full replacement, no gully boards were fitted- full replacement, the cement on the verge is already falling out Jack quoted for a dry verge but did not fit one-full replacement.
