Booked in for a new bathroom to be fit. Started fine at first helping choose tiles etc, he told us it would take 2 weeks to complete…It took 8 weeks to complete!! And no cleaning facilities for 5/6 weeks. Saying he’d turn up on a certain day and not turn up, always had excuse after excuse when continuously trying to contact for day he’d be here with hardly no answer. My last straw was today as hubby wanted bigger shower head so got another plumber who we know come round, all the pipe work in attic was ruined .. some even siliconed together! Had to have all new pipes put in.Avoid avoid avoid!

Had date changed for new boiler twice then they sent a different plumbing company. Still no certificate 10 months later

From estimate to completion of job was made easy through their ability of providing quick, top class fitting and good communication throughout the job. Nothing worse than not knowing what is going on. Very friendly team.

They fitted a new fridge as an emergency job. Brilliant. I will use them again. Very polite and sorted us out at very short notice.
