    First Class experience

    I was unsure of the direct issue with the boiler prior to Iain at Tilt Heat Ltd coming to have a look. Very impressed with him attending within 24 hours where he quickly identified the issue. Managed to resolve things very quickly, even popping out to pick up a part that was required, checking with me first on the price. Issue resolved quickly and at a reasonable price. First class service.

    Serviced boiler and fire and replaced 3 radiators.

    Ian did an excellent job. We are delighted with our new radiators. He was polite, reliable and courteous throughout and easy to contact through WhatsApp. He also was good researching the most suitable rads - we appreciated his help with this. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

    Gas leak had re route piping to get mains supply back on

    I can't thank iain enough. At Christmas, we had a gas leak, our insurance company where unable to source an engineer as its was Christmas. With 2 young children I was asked to source my own. I contacted Iain having seen his van locally. He game out that evening provided detail breakdown of what was required. Provided competitive quote and completed work to a high standard and was a great guy very friendly and knowledgeable, very reassured throughout and job completed to high standard same day. Cant provide high enough feedback wouldn't use anyone else moving forward.
