  Flat conversion in Hove

  Olly and his team did a fantastic job knocking through 2 flats, making one bigger the other smaller. Involved installing new internal staircase, harmonizing services, ie gas, electric and water. Installing RSJ, metal outside staircase and small balcony. Then a later project to install a new shower room. Olly is professional, worked well with building control and architects, keeps to his promises and is totally trustworthy.

  Extension and internal remodel

  We couldn’t recommend Olly highly enough. He completed a major project for us, including a rear two-storey extension, side extension, and extensive internal remodelling with exceptional craftsmanship. He was a pleasure to deal with, kept us informed throughout, was mindful of our budget, and managed our neighbours brilliantly. What impressed us most was his attention to detail and ability to preserve the period character of our home, creating a seamless blend of old and new. The finished result exceeded our expectations.
