  Penetrating Damp Treatment

  Roof timber repair and sarking preparatory to slating

  Project was poorly completed with sarking left unsuitable for carrying slates resulting in costly and extensive remedial work from other contractors. Timberwise subsequently were very aggressive in pursuing payment for work that they did not complete or knowingly failed to perform. Strongly advise against using this firm.

  Repair of extensive dry rot

  Excellent service from beginning to end - treating extensive dry rot in Gr2 Listed apartment and cellar beneath, relacing timbers and ceilings/floorings and making good. Survey clear and detailed, planning for the work was careful and detailed and (as absent leaseholders) we were consulted and kept informed – by email and photos – at every stage of the work. Any queries on our part were responded to promptly and helpfully – nothing was too much trouble. The work undertaken was thorough and well finished. Thanks to Ethan, Russ and Mark, to Katie for project mgt and Peter for surveys

  Initial investigation around the issue of rotting skirting board then remedy

  The work was carried out in a highly efficient and tidy manner in the timescales agreed. Chris (the technician) was highly efficient and very friendly and professional - he even moved back the pot plants in the backyard once he had finished. I would certainly recommend Timberwise.

  Survey, damp proof injection and re-plastering with specialist plaster.

  Dealing with Timberwise in Cheltenham was a great experience, their surveyor gave an honest assessment of the work, the final finish on the damp proof course and re-plastering was great and all the mess was cleaned up and removed once the job was over.

  Rising Damp

  Damp proof treatement for areas of rising damp.

  The people from Timberwise were excellent throughout from initial survey to completion they were professional and informative and always kept us informed of their progress and the works they were undertaking. Adam, Mark, Ady and Justin all deserve credit for getting these remedial works completed. I would definitely reccomend Timberwise and would have no qualms with using them again.
