    Happy with their service

    Carly from Time For You has been coming to our home for over 9 months. She is very helpful and thorough, cleaning well and helping with household tasks as needed. When I had a broken arm this included some more unusual requests but it was fine. When she's been away the replacement cleaners have been great too. Recommended

    Brilliant service

    Szilvia and Don are really great and so helpful with providing cleaning services to us. Anytime our lovely regular cleaner Carly is unable to come they always promptly organise someone else to come as soon as possible.

    Reliable and Accommodating Cleaning Service

    I’ve been using Time for You (London) for several years now for both regular cleaning and occasional deep cleans, and I’ve always had a positive experience. The cleaners provided have consistently been friendly, professional, and clearly well-vetted, which gives real peace of mind. What I particularly appreciate is the flexibility of the service. It’s been easy to pause and restart whenever my circumstances have changed, without any hassle. Overall, a reliable and accommodating cleaning service that I’d happily recommend.

    Great service. Don met with me to discuss our needs allowing him to then make a considered decision of best fit from the team he has on his books.     Trustworthy and reliable cleaners

    I came to this company at least ten years ago after the cleaner I had had for twenty years retired and I had no idea about finding a new one. I have used Time for You since and they have always provided a suitable cleaner promptly. The work has always been done well whether I am in the flat or at work and I have always been able to trust them in my absences. I have a central London 2 bed flat for which weekly cleaning is done.

Time For You Domestic Cleaning was founded in 1997 and comprises over 200 areas like ours currently cleaning over 20,000 homes nationwide every week!


If you need help with your home cleaning for at least 2 hours a week we will be very happy to make arrangements for you with one of our carefully selected cleaners.


Your requirements may be very basic, just a quick dust, mop and hoover every week, or you may require a little more hands-on help with extra tasks such as ironing, laundry, bed-changing and organizing your wardrobe, or even larger jobs such as cleaning your fridge, oven, inside windows and deep cleaning of cupboards and drawers when necessary.


Whatever help you need in the way of domestic cleaning it’s very likely that we can provide someone who will tick all your boxes.


A few facts about our cleaners and service:

· We visit all our cleaners in their own homes, both as an extra security check, and also because seeing how someone looks after their own living space is like having a very powerful extra reference for them.

· We interview all our cleaners thoroughly, making sure they have the right attitude, character and experience to do a great job for our clients.

· We ask all cleaners to provide references, and wherever possible we follow these up orally in the first instance because you can tell a lot from someone’s reaction and tone of voice when you first ask about the subject. Phone conversations are then followed up with our customized online form.

· We check photo ID, Proof of Address, Self-Employed Tax Registration and Right to Work status.

· We ask to see DBS certificates for all cleaners (previously known as ‘Police Checks’) and if they do not have a recent one available, we ask them to apply for a new one.

If you require it, we will make sure that your particular cleaner has a recent DBS certificate.

· We always aim to provide you with a cleaner who we think will be a great fit for your particular job taking all your requirements into account.

The result is that many of our clients develop long relationships with their cleaner and the quality of service improves as the cleaner becomes more familiar with your exact requirements.

· You can rely on the same cleaner to turn up and do your job at the same time week after week after week.

Obviously, illnesses and holidays do occur, and, in those cases, we will make sure that you have a suitable cover while your regular cleaner is away.

· We have insurance in place so that all cleans are covered for accidental damage and public liability.

· In the old days before the ‘virus’ came along, we used to visit all clients in their own homes so that we could understand exactly what the job would entail.


Also, we always liked to introduce ourselves personally so that you could see that you were dealing with real people and not just an app or a website and know that you could get hold of us easily if you needed to.


Then the virus came along, and people became a bit more wary about having too many face-to-face meetings.


At that time, we made a virtue of necessity and developed an online booking system, so that now we can do it either way.


Although it is still our preference to come and meet you personally, if you are just too busy to do that, or would simply like to use the online system for any other reason, then that’s absolutely fine with us. Just state your preference.


· Finally, we would like to emphasize how seriously we take our search to find just the right cleaner for you and how rigorous our selection procedure is by stating that out of all the applications we receive from cleaners we would estimate that only about one in thirty is deemed of sufficient quality to be assigned to our clients.
