Dwane arrived promptly after the initial contact. The job was not straight forward as the person we had employed earlier in the day (not through Checkatrade) had left prematurely, and had taken away the spindle and the latch! Dwane was very friendly and polite, and took a lot of trouble to ensure that our door was fixed to our satisfaction. The price was also very reasonable.

Dwaine was very prompt and cheap considering we had tried to fix the door lock ourselves and made his job harder which took him considerably longer to fix then would have otherwise. He got on with the job, wasting no time and he left when we were completely satisfied as the door was jamming once he had fixed the lock. Workmanship was top class and would definitely use him again if we ever have any issues with locks. Glad we used him as we want to do our bit to help small businesses. Would highly recommend. Try him you won't be disappointed

Dwane came quickly to my house and provided guidance into how I could improve the locks on my wooden garage and front door. He had the parts available and fitted them there and then - even re-hung the door so that it closed much easier. No fuss engagement, would recommend.
