I was given a very reasonable quote over the phone. The job was done at the time and in the time he said, was quickly and cleanly done. Excellent job.

The craftmanship, industry, desire for a good job, punctuality, were all exemplary. These qualities have been evident in some other tradespeople that we have employed over the years. However one quality stands out head and shoulders from these previous excellent experiences: communication. There were occasions when the work had to be deferred due to weather or other reasons. We always knew what was going on and we always knew when they were returning and they were there, on the dot. This is a completely unqualified reference; there was no element of their work that could be criticised.

After some research we chose Timeless Sashes to replace our very old single glaze bay window. The entire process of considering the options, arranging a quote, and then having the work carried out, was timely, smooth and straight-forward. Stuart is extremely skillful and professional. We are very happy with the quality of the work and are planning to have all the other sash windows of the house changed to be sympathetically double glazed to fit with a period house.
