My wife and I have used TipTop for all our IT support work for many years. Their gent who comes to our house - or attends via TeamViewer - is completely first class. He is an excellent ambassador for the company. And, when he is not available, the other staff who deal with our issues are similarly excellent. I cannot recommend TipTop highly enough.

Ricky advised me on the purchase of a new laptop to suit my needs and came to my home shortly after the purchase to set everything up for me. Everything was explained clearly.

Ricky was great and so helpful. He carried out a review of my MacBook, iPad, and iPhone to check their setup and functionality. All my devices are quite old and Ricky gave me guidance on the suggested replacements. He is going return to setup my new devices once they have been purchased. I found Ricky very reassuring and I will not continue to use TipTop IT services for ongoing support.

Very prompt response to my initial enquiry, and a home visit appointment booked for the next working day. The problem was quickly identified and rectified, and a number of other helpful suggestions to improve the functionality of my laptop were offered and implemented.
