Fix a leak in an underfloor CH pipe
Having waited for 3 hours for an engineer who did not show, Titan Heating was here within the hour. The call out fee was reasonable for a Saturday late afternoon. Titan Heating came and knew what he was talking about. He carefully drained what remained from the system and then quickly and professionally fixed the leaking pipe. He then made sure the CH was correctly turned back on before bidding us a nice weekend. Titan Heating is now on my list of essential service engineer contacts one must have for when things go wrong.

New boiler
I would highly recommend Nick, the service he provides is excellent. He is knowledgeable and was patient with my decision making in the replacement of my boiler. His dedication to the job he took on was exceptional, going out of his way to install a new boiler and get my heating and hot water restored. Nicks charges are reasonable and I will definitely use him again for any plumbing/heating problems.

Emergency repair of gas piping
Nick came out to repair a damaged gas pipe under our kitchen floor. He was prompt, polite, extremely patient and really helpful. He was very thorough in his work and was happy to explain what was needed and why, which was reassuring. We will certainly use his company again.
