Replace a hot water cylinder that was leaking
Great service from Titan Heating & Plumbing Solutions Ltd throughout. Adam replaced a hot water cylinder that had started leaking, he ensured that I received prompt action by contacting other customers with less urgent jobs so that my job could be completed as soon as possible and I could get back to normal as quickly as possible. Adam was friendly, polite, courteous and knowledgeable and the job was completed with professionalism - I highly recommend this company.

Blew us off the night before
Had this guy booked from 7th december. Cancelled on us the night before he was due to come. Apparently he was prioritising other customers. Sure the world cup final had nothing to do with it. Thats fine, mate. We'll just freeze over Christmas

Boiler Service
Titan serviced our gas boiler yesterday. We used Adam last year after a recommendation. We had received a reminder that it was due for service and had no hesitation in booking them again. It was great to receive a reminder. We have also used them previously to replace a valve. They are always friendly and professional, their quotes are accurate and they do a great job. Will continue to use their services and would recommend them.

Really helpful
After contacting quite a few plumbers and being told they couldn't help, someone at work recommended Titan.....answered first time and although Adam couldn't come out he put me on to someone who could come out first thing the next morning.
