  Garden renovation

  The work start May last year 2021, but it hasn’t been completed yet. I am desperately trying to get in touch but talked only few times on the phone and he is not giving me any date he will restart the work. I paid all but he stopped working July last year and nothing has been done for two years. I would like to leave more detailed review but I will wait for him to reply. Tom, can you get in touch with me?

  Laying Patio. Hardscaping garden.

  Thomas and lads dug out my garden and laid a brick patio in August. We are still waiting for “a dry day’’ for the sand to be brushed in. I realise now he will not be back, despite taking full payment. Also paid for was all removal of earth and hardcore waste that came from the garden, a couple of skips worth, which have been dumped in my back lane, since August, 3 months ago. I share the lane with neighbours and I am embarrassed and angry. A complete mess and attracting other builder’s waste and rubbish. Thomas say van is ‘broken’, but has done jobs on here since. Now not replying to messages.

  Remove decking, lay slabs, lay decking, move shed

  Garden patio.

  The patio is not finished and still waiting his return. I was told it needs to be dry but it’s not rained now for 2 weeks and he has not come back. Just excuses The work that was done was ok but a lot had to be changed or corrected as it was just slap dash I felt like I had to set the standards and tell him how to do the work. I will also have to redo some of his work as the edge has all crumbled not supporting the patio cement was used not concrete!!

  I am very disappointed that you feel that way . I did not make excuses . My 3 year old son fell and had to be kept in hospital with brain scans then my grandfather passed away and on top of that my van broke down . I told you I would be back when van was fixed and you still left a bad review . The first one I have revived on here .also you and your wife was very happy with the work I did . And I feel your the one that has made all the excuses . I would have thought you could have a little bit of sympathy for me due to everything that has happened to me . And feel sorry for the next person that have to do work for you .

  Landscaping, fencing, summerhouse preparation, porcelain tiling, built steps, Sandstone slabs

  I could not recommend Tom more highly, he is very professional, honest and reliable. He responded really quickly to providing a quote, was very transparent with pricing and kept us up to date with what was happening. The quality of the work is excellent. Tom can do pretty much do anything relating to landscaping, tiling, fencing and also prepared an area for our summerhouse to be installed. We would definitely use Tom again and would recommend him to others.
