We have paid our deposit of £690 in April to get the exterior house painted. It was said that the 30% was to secure the booking of our work on the 21st July and for the materials. We were pushed back mutliple times because of circumstances, we were appreciative that situations occur - it continued to be pushed back without any indication it was ever going to be started even though we stated we were under time restraint due to going away. Communication was poor, we had to constantly chase for updates. We requested a refund. He promised it to us 2 weeks ago. He has since ghosted us.

The work I had carried out by the painter was amazing great finish and he is very reliable. I would highly recommend
