Within 48 hours Tim addressed our boiler issue and installed a new one (after we reviewed and decided on a new boiler, due to previous boiler having frequent issues which was 20 years old). Tim was clear and concise with the faults on the previous boiler and was very helpful in advising on which new boiler to go with. Overall exercise was nothing short of 5*.
