  Tom did a great job - he kept me updated with when he'd be arriving, worked out the problem quickly, got the part needed, and left everything clean and tidy. Couldn't ask for more

  Tom did a great job for us fixing a leaky loo at fairly short notice - good communication, polite and professional, and a very fair price. Very accommodating when the job turned out to be a bit more tricky than I suggested! Would recommend and would use again.
