    We have used Tim and his team again for further work to the front of our property. The brickwork we have had done is extremely neat and tidy. The work was done swiftly and we were kept up to date on what was going to happen and when.

    I have used Tim a few times now for a property I rent out. He is always quick to respond and always works in a professional manner. Most recently I have had a new boiler installed and lots of electrical work done with Tim’s company and all have been more than satisfactory. I was pleasantly surprised when I came back to find the patio of the property had been jet washed, which we had spoken about but wasn’t quoted for, but he did it for free! Trustworthy and reliable builder, I will always use Tim as my first port of call.

    Summer 2022- double height rear extension was completed. May 2023- contacted Tim RE water coming into our baby's bedroom. We were told in May that the roofer would come to address issues. We repeatedly chased for a date, only to be told in August the roofer wouldn't return to make roof watertight unless we paid again. Independent assessments of work have found fault with both flat and pitched roof installations, damage to our pre-existing roof and to the neighbouring property and render failure. We now face entirely replacing the extension roof and making good all faulty workmanship.
