10 Another perfect installation

I have used T J Interiors to do the flooring in multiple rooms across my house. On this occasion it was the master bedroom. I had luxury vinyl tiles (Camaro) fitted in a herringbone style with a border. Estimate was supplied within a day of the initial visit, with fitting two weeks later. I received a courtesy call on the morning of installation giving me the names of the workmen. They arrived on time, worked hard and completed within a day. Excellent service from start to finish. From home visit to get quote, to visiting showroom to seek additional information, to fitting of the shutters themselves - Tim and Trudi were patient, friendly and very professional. Quality of workmanship is impressive, too, with Tim leaving house spotless after installing shutters - even taking old blinds and fittings away to save us the bother. My downstairs floor was fitted incredibly timely and to a really high standard. It’s a really good finish and adds to the overall design of the room. We had shutters fitted through the house . Tim was very professional and friendly giving us advice as to the best ones to have and how it would all look. Excellent service when he came to fit them , all done beautifully and left the house clean and tidy. Tim was very helpful & honest about the different flooring options I felt he genuinely cared we had the right flooring for our needs. From the first phone call Tim was clear and friendly, explaining exactly what was needed and what options we had. When he visited to measure up he explained again and I was always very confident that I understood all of the works to be undertaken. Communications were clear throughout and the work was carried out to an exceptional standard by two very tidy and courteous professionals who left the place spotless after finishing on time.
