    Tom, is prompt and professional

    Tom responded to my request quickly. He capped off my faulty gas hob and checked everything was safe so I could have my gas boiler back on promptly and at the time agreed. He'll return to install a new gas hob when I've bought one.

    Definitely recommend Tom, who Installed my smart thermostats.

    Tom installed two smart thermostats, one upstairs and one downstairs. Have had them for about two months, no issues and working perfectly. He is a great communicator and goes above to make sure he does a good job. Definitely recommend!

    Landlord’s Gas Safety Check

    Great service. Tom was able to attend with 3 days notice, was polite, responsive and easy to deal with. Tenant was also very happy. He also found a gas leak on the external meter and arranged the call-out to SGN, who repaired the leak within a couple of hours. This was important as my tenant would have been without hot water and heating. He was then able to return the next day to complete the test and issue the certificate.

    Tom was very efficient and confident which I found very comforting! He communicated with me and answered all of my questions. I will certainly be using TJM gas and heating again and will recommend to anyone, very trustworthy brilliant young man.
