Tracing and destroying a hornet nest. Fast, friendly, efficient and good value. Very happy.

We had 3 wasps nests around the house, Tracy was great and came out of the same day, thorough and a lovely lady who gave me a great insight into their behaviour.

very quickly TJ Pest Control arrived with lots of practical assistance and advice. This helped us understand the situation and what steps to take. I have dogs so needed to know how the rats would be eliminated without issues for them, I was shown and it was explained to my satisfaction. TJ Pest Control was unflappable and checked the house over. I was messaged over what had been done and what to do, which I found invaluable. Each visit was agreed and I was very happy with it service.

Tracy was fantastic. She called shortly after I requested a quote, was able to come on the same day and called with an up to date eta as promised. Not only did Tracey quickly attend to the wasps nest, but also gave me excellent advice for general pest control with pipes, decking and climbing wall parts. The price was utterly reasonable and I will definitely call Tracey again if I ever need her. Super impressed!

Had an issue with rats. Tracy came very quickly, did a thorough check of the house and gardens and made lots of very helpful suggestions on how to rat-proof our home and deter rats from the garden - some for immediate action and some for the longer term. Fingers crossed that the rats will decide to live elsewhere. For those that want to stay... Tracy laid bait traps and made other adjustments to our garden. She was very knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with, and above all made a very stressful situation a lot calmer. Highly recommend.
