We have had a very pleasant experience with this company and can only praise them for the super job they have done on removing existing roof tiles, cleaning them, refelting and fitted new battens, they cleaned up and cleared the site. John and his team finished the job within the time scales quoted and we are very pleased with the result. Would recommend John and his team to anyone who wants to do any roofing repairs on their property. TJ Property Maintenance is a very reliable, prompt and experienced team. I contacted them for a smaller job, a piece of a roof that was damaged ( to be change a rafter, fascia and a few tiles) and for a quality job that would not require repairs again later, they recommended that I replace the entire roof side. So one of my sides roof are completely done, a professionaly job done. They share me photos with each stage. I really recommend this team.
