Disappointed avoid
Very disappointing experience I hired this company in August 2025 after they went door to door offering roof cleaning services around my estate. The job initially looked fine, but just a few days later we discovered broken roof tile pieces scattered in our garden and noticed visible damage to the roof. Despite contacting them multiple times and being promised several repair visits, they repeatedly failed to attend or follow through. After weeks of delays and excuses, I had no choice but to hire another contractor to fix the problem at my own expense. I have written evidence and videos documJob location: IV18
