accepted the job, confirmed heating pump required replacement. I asked again and again, I was told heating pump will solve the problem. He charged £330 for work, which is more than the market rate. I agreed to as he said problem will be fixed. However, after replacing pump he said Boiler is faulty. It means he simply took money and done the job that wasn’t needed. This is not a fare trade and no one does professionally. He didn’t share invoice either.

All aspects of the job clear. Communicated clearly and areived when stated. Would recommend.
