  Amazing job

We have just had our utility room completed, what an amazing job, can't express how pleased we are, the workers are true professionals and went above and beyond. Kris who organised everything was there constantly and made everything seamless. Cannot recommend them enough.

  Bathroom refit

Kris and his team were brilliant. Ripped out and refitted a new bathroom, including raising a ceiling, installing a velux, replacing a lintel, all plumbing and electrics. Kris' communication was excellent, his team were really tidy and considerate, and the work was completed quickly and to budget. Excellent experience, would definitely work with TK again.

Reliable, great quality work and and reasonably priced

Kris‘ team recently painted my flat, oiled and polished floorboards, and custom built some shelving - all carried out diligently, quickly and at a competitive price. I have known him and trust him for years with all repair and maintenance work!

  Best builder on Tyneside

Absolutely thrilled with our build. The spec is amazing. The whole team work so hard to ensure everything is done to perfection. Kris listened to everything we said to ensure we got what we wanted. We had some planning issues during the build and Kris was very patient and flexible. The team are always spot on time and tidy as they go . If you want a quality build with at a good price , this is your firm.

  Honest, reliable first class builder

“I used this builder who I had never met before and I honestly took a leap of faith trusting him — and I’m so glad I did. The workmanship was absolutely first class from start to finish. Every deadline was met without fail, and he kept me fully updated at every stage so I always knew exactly what was happening. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Truly top-notch work — I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!”
