Good to start with. Fitted the hatch no problem. Didn’t tell me they had cut through a live electrical wire to the smoke alarm when fitting the hatch. Came to light they had some months later when i had to pay for an electrician to make sure the cable was safe. Contacted TK insulation via message but having read my message completely ghosted me. No reply at all. Disappointing, expected much better from a check a trade recommended company.

It was a pleasure to have Toni round. He was very professional and punctual. Came to give a quote within 2 days of initial contact. Then a few days later the work was completed. Highly recommend!

Toni's team were brilliant. Super quick and tidy. We weren't able to move boxes before they came but they were kind enough to do it for us and disposed old stuff left by previous tenants. Toni was very patient, accommodating, and didn't increase his prices, even though he gave us a quote months ago. He took the time to explain what our options were and answered all of our questions. We have a much more accessible loft with loads of storage space now. Would highly recommend them. Thank you, Toni.
