Thomas responded immediately to my request and came to view the work. After a satisfactory quote he started work the following day. He worked very hard, a perfectionist and kept me well informed of the progress and discussed any problems that came up. He and Alex were polite and friendly and left the site beautifully clean . "Working with TLR was a very positive experience. They were efficient, expert at identifying problems and communicating the solutions and options clearly in terms I could understand. Videos were used to illustrate to me what I could not see directly myself and was receptive to my queries. The site was well organised enabling the job to have minimum interruption on my day. When necessary Thomas reported on progress. The work began punctually. Care was taken, in consultation with myself, to match roof and ridge tiles with existing colours.
