10 Gas Boiler Servicing / Repair

Boiler repair
Our boiler broke and we had no hot water. I phoned and spoke to Tom who came out the following morning. He explained we needed a new part and ordered. He put in new parts when they arrived and the boiler worked perfectly. Tom was transparant throughout with costs (as it was an expensive part that went) and only charged the bare minimum for labour costs. The overall service was exceptional and I recommend Tom and his team 100%. went above and beyond

Leak under bath

Shower Pump
Tom was very quick to come round when my shower pump decided to stop working. He tested the pump as it could’ve been a fuse, but unfortunately the pump needed replacing. Tom got a pump ordered and fitted in super quick time as he knew that without the pump a home of 4 could barely have a shower. I was very impressed with how professional Tom and his team were. He got me back up and running very quickly and with minimal disruption. The work was very neat and tidied up after himself. I Qualified from my apprenticeship in 2008 after working with a large national company for 9 years TMGas was founded in 2017 as a one man band, since then we have developed into a four man team, 2 fully qualified gas safe registered heating engineers, 1 fully qualified plumber & 1 tiler/bathroom specialist.
We have over seen projects including full system design of large residential properties,schools and hotels, heating and hot water systems,High end luxury bathrooms to basic landlords bathrooms.
We aim to provide Tendring/colchester and surrounding areas with a personable , cost affective & professional service for the next 20 odd years, in order to do this we understand that that we have to provide top quality workmanship and service on EVERY SINGLE JOB.
That is how we managed to be the first company in the area to hit 100 5 star google reviews and are continuing to raise the level.
we work with mainly private customers but also , select Letting agents , select small building firms ,remote landlords.
In the first half of 2024 we were appointed as Gas Quality Control for a large housing association , cementing our reputation as a trusted company with in the industry.
As we have grown as a company we have managed to hang on to the values that helped us become so successful, such as good people skills, exceptional workmanship, actually caring about a job/ project and having a ‘can do’ approach.
