10 Roof Replacement

Reliable, affordable roofing company
Very pleased I chose Tom McShane’s company to fit a new roof. His friendly team removed all the old roof tiles, battens and felt, before replacing with new eaves roll, breather membrane, treated battens and Smooth Grey Modern roof tiles. The work included new lead flashings, soil pipe, verge trims and a secret gutter. The work was on time, neat and tidy. All rubbish was removed from site. The job was given a thorough inspection by a project manager, before being signed off. Excellent job.Verified reviewerJob location: TN38Response from TM Roofing Southern Ltd

Chimney Removal
We just had a chimney stack removed by TM Roofing. So glad we went with this well-established and respected family business. Tom, Becky, Sarah - thank you for ensuring everything went smoothly. Great communication from HQ, courteous and hard-working guys on the actual job (Kane and Jack), and good to have final inspection and sign-off from Cody. Scaffolding was removed promptly. This job was carried out under extreme weather conditions, so inevitably it was a bit stop/start. But roof was kept weather-proofed at all times. If we have any roofing needs in the future, we know where to go.Verified reviewerJob location: TN4010 Roofing Repairs
