I used The Maintenance Service Team to undertake some minor refurbishment works as part of a mini project. What should have been 4 days work dragged on for more than 5 weeks and became very disruptive. Works were poorly managed and poorly planned, with no regard whatsoever for customer care or satisfaction. Electrical works were carried out in haste and without proper care or due regard for industry standards. I would never recommend that anyone ever uses this company for any sort of project bigger than fixing a leaking tap. The only saving grace on the project was Eugene. Thankyou Eugene!

Exelent service,quality job My decking was a mess,lads ripped all out ,builded new frame,supported all frame and fitted new decking with spot lights Well recomended

The team did an excellent job. I had three internal doors replaced and the hallway decorated. The work was carried out to a very high standard. I would highly recommend them.
