Very difficult person to work with. Once the job is done, forget about any aftercare or warranty repairs. He does not reply to messages and never answers calls. I have a definite fault caused by a wrongly connected cable (not the machine itself), but he completely refuses to take responsibility. Totally unrelia

After the first day of the installation there were two significant water leaks through my ceiling from the work which caused damage to my wooden flooring and sofa. There was no apology and the ceilings had to be replastered as a result of the damage. They ridiculed me when I asked questions, and left the house in a poor state upon completion. There were bits of solder all over the floor and burns on the wooden floor. A picture frame that was hanging in the stairway was also dropped and broken with no apology or offer to replace it. The carpet was pulled up and has been loose since.
