Based on the great reviews, I contacted this company to ask for advice about installing an electric cooker when there's a gas point sticking out. I was keen to arrange a quick visit, if possible - for which I would obviously pay. I just needed advice at this stage, no work. Mid conversation, the guy I was speaking to just put the phone down! And yes, I called back and left a voicemail with my details... Nothing. Is this what customers have to expect these days, to be ghosted by someone who just couldn't be bothered to even finish a conversation...?

Hi there, firstly thank you for your feedback. It wasn't something I was expecting however it's good to understand things from your perspective. From my side, as you mentioned in your review I don't really receive negative reviews. Whilst the perception you have is a negative one I did go through a short recommendation with you, advising you to source the new appliance make and model first - you would need to purchase it before I could advise you on how to fit it. And that you would require a gas fitter to move the gas pipe if required. Also I mentioned that this type of request typically needs to be made by a landlord rather than a rental tenant. You seemed to be quite stressed about the job during our call, but unfortunately after I'd given you the advice I couldn't spend any longer on the phone with you as I was at another job. I hope you manage to progress your job satisfactorily. Kind regards.
