Gary came to rectify works from previous bad install from another company, Hetas had condemned previous install but the company refused to rectify, they have since been removed from Hetas safe registration. Gary was understanding, thoughtful and made all the works safe, replacing poor parts, fixing problems and working with the situation to make the stove safe to use and pass all safety regulations.

Excellent service, great guy, friendly, reliable and his recommended scaffolder Scott, was also top notch. I stalled new chimney pots with anti bird cages and swept chimney, highly recommend

After sweeping chimney advised on suitable wood burner and flue. Fitted flue and wood burner very efficiently after a delay with supplier of wood burner. Very tidy and punctual

Gary is a friendly chap who works away causing the minimum of disruption. I opted to remove the old built in fire and line the fireplace myself, and he explained to me exactly what I needed to do. Good price, friendly efficient service. Highly recommended.
