From when the job was posted right up until the end of the job, Tom and his team were exceptional. Originally I had booked Tom in for a roof tile repair but upon further inspection we had come to realise there had been rodents nesting and chewing through the timbers of the roof. Tom and his team really helped out by removing all of the broken and chewed timbers, replacing them on the back and front side of the house and adding new tiles to the roof. Tom also had his team clear the gutters, which was a fantastic addition. Tom added more of his guys and got the job done in the fastest time.

Tom and the team got to the root of the issue quickly and helpfully laid out the options available to me. They communicated well and look to have performed the work to a high quality. They were able to come at short notice which was helpful also.

Tom is a friendly and diligent grafter, his team got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Tom's men worked tirelessly, in all weather to get the job done. I was surprised how quickly it was finished, with a great clean up at the end.
