Top quality and reliable - 100% recommend
Martin and his team were fantastic, professional and reliable - plus they really live up to their "no job too small" statement too (unlike others). We only needed a new shower enclosure fitting, alongside some other minor repairs from a previous plumbers work, but Martin was happy to take the job. From 1st contact, Martin was clear and organised - he offered advice and provided his written quote the day after visiting - in fact contact throughout was great. Bathroom replacement including new subfloor
Martin and Liam have been great. After a leak, they replaced the majority of our bathroom, including installing a new subfloor. While they were in our house they also repaired the downstairs toilet floor. They communicated clearly at every step so we knew what was happening and when. Our house was left fixed and clean. The initial quote was nicely itemised and easy to understand. We really appreciated that contingency costs for replacing the subfloor had been included & marked as contingency. Excellent Service and Quality Workmanship
I had a very positive experience with Martin. He replaced the bath tap professionally and efficiently, ensuring everything was working perfectly before he finished. He also identified and repaired a leak in the toilet soil stack, resolving the issue promptly and to a high standard. Martin was punctual, courteous, and explained the work clearly throughout. He completed both jobs neatly and left the area clean and tidy afterwards. By specialising in this area we deliver consistently high quality work, backed by our 12 month guarantee (this excludes blockages).
With 14 years’ experience in this area and two employees (Martin Knox & Liam Moffatt) over 80% of our work is repeat business for the same customers because of our consistently high standards of both work and customer service.
Tiling is also available and we can arrange other trades such as plastering as well as supply materials such as bathroom suites, taps, showers etc. This means we can deliver an entire project guarantee to keep control and troubleshoot any issues.
With fixed price quotations from the smallest to the largest jobs with detailed breakdowns of everything that is covered, you can be sure that what we quote is what you pay.
Please note we can also offer replacement and fitting of new radiators as well as a variety of property improvement and maintenance services.
