Excellent Service would recommend

I had asked for decision on faulty grills but Tom thoroughly investigated and diagnosed they were fine both top and lower. He explained a great deal about the workings and usage. Extremely reliable and knowledgable. A very useful call out indeed. Would happily ask him any time I needed any appliance dealing with.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Fixed our dishwasher which we thought was beyond repair. Highly recommend.

Tom was brilliant throughout. Quick communication and job acceptance. Gave a visit time window, arrived promptly and had the part to fix the element on the diagnostic visit. All at very reasonable cost and a fraction of what I would have had to pay to have a manufacturer repair. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Tom got in touch within minutes of me requesting help with my oven and he came out with 48 hours to fix the issue. He was really friendly and I would use him again if ever needed to. 5* service!
