install a new cooker
Tom made arrangement to carry out the work 9am today. 10am no show, sent messages , no reply, it's now 3pm, no message. stayed up all day after working nights. An apology or explanation would have been nice. Cancelled the job in the end.

Tom replaced a failing strap boss and waste pipe for us in a tricky underfloor location.
Tom had great communications leading up to the job and arrived on time, worked fast and clearly knows his stuff. Super nice guy, would recommend.

Boiler service
Following an initial message, Tom was able to service my boiler within a few days. He was punctual and very thorough. He spotted a small issue which he rectified within a couple of days. (He would have collected the part immediately, however I needed to go out). I was really pleased with the way Tom completed the service, so he is now my regular heating engineer.

Fix leak due to burst pipe, and fix leaky kitchen tap
Tom is our family plumber and we rely on him for everything that goes wrong in the house or in the camper van as well as regular servicing. As always, he keeps us informed on timescales for availability and is very reliable on pricing, he also always goes above and beyond to make sure we’re never left with any issues. I can thoroughly recommend him.
