  Tom visited my elderly mother in law on a cold and wet evening after her boiler broke down. Outstanding service. Extremely polite and well-mannered. Nothing was too much trouble.

  Despite being very busy Tom made time to sort out our problem. Nothing was too much trouble and he gave us peace of mind. Obviously he is very knowledgeable when it comes to heating and plumbing matters.
