Tom Building Ltd responded swiftly to my problem, a leaking lead water supply pipe. The necessary repair work was explained and a fair quote given. The work, a substantial job, moling underground from the road to the house, was carried out with minimum disruption and to a very high standard. Tom and his brother were courteous, prompt and respectful of my property and completed the job within the time stated. The work carried out remedied the leak and has greatly improved the water pressure throughout the house. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom Building Ltd for similar work.

Tom was brilliant from start to finish. As a single female living on their own, he was extremely professional from the first interaction. I felt at ease throughout the whole process, every inch of the job was explained (in a way even I could understand!!) Tom arrived within a few hours for an urgent job in the middle of London and completed the job within the hour, he took the time to show me how his plumbing worked and gave him his contact number to call anytime of the day if i had any questions/queries. As a northerner living in London, his rates were extremely reasonable and fair!!!!
