Provide EICR on a property before purchase
Tom communicated with us so well and did the job when we agreed to. He had to liaise with the estate agents to get access and this all went very smoothly. Poor communication and never finished the job.
Our EV charger broke and needed urgent replacement. Tom was quick to respond to my request for a quote, but I had to chase him several times to arrange a time to install the new charger. The new charger was installed well and functions effectively. Tom identified a fault with our earth rod and charged to resolve the problem. Tom didn’t have a part he needed but promised to return and finish the job. Tom charged me for the work, and was paid immediately, but never returned to finish the job, despite repeated messages.
