  Bathroom fitting to replace faulty shower enclosure, toilet and wall panels.

  Working with Tom was a really easy experience, he made everything simple to follow and understand. Tom clearly cares about his customers and his work is top quality, I absolutely love my bathroom and everyone has been impressed by the work. I will go back to Tom in the future and recommend him to everyone.

  Emergency call out

  Tom came out with his polite young lad on Easter work experience, Tom is clearly a professional cares about the entire aspect of the job, his call out charge over the Easter period of £150 was more than reasonable we have a faulty bar shower mixer, faulty part two ball valve & float in our loftspace & further more as the cold water main was off they even went out there way to fit me a new outside tap as it was seized from last winter, I honestly can’t thank Tom enough when living on my own being a first time homeowner is very daunting as trust is everything Would 100% recommend.

  No Invoice, Personal Payment Request & Overpriced Job

  No invoice was issued and payment was requested into a personal account, which felt unprofessional and concerning. There were also repeated messages chasing payment on the same day, despite agreeing that my sister would be paying. Additionally, £150 to replace a washer seems significantly overpriced for such a minor job.

  The best plumber around

  Tom is an extremely professional, courteous and mindful plumber, who's work is of the absolute best quality. No job is too big or too small, and it's crystal clear how much pride he takes in the quality of his work. He's helpful, explains the work required in great depth, and makes sure that you're involved every step of the way with what's happening and what's next. He leaves the work area incredibly clean, and I've never seen professionalism quite like it. Thank you Tom, looking forward to the next project!!
