Tom was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Tried repairing the lock but it was beyond repair, so replaced it.

I contacted Tom via Checkatrade to discuss the job. He replied quickly and provided several options and advice on the best option; came on time, all done. I was able to test locks. I would recommend his professional service.

Tom was excellent from start to finish. He was able to help within about an hour of me phoning him, was extremely professional fixing my tenant's faulty lock and then replacing the faulty parts. Kept me updated on progress throughout. My tenant also remarked that Tom was very professional. Highly recommend.

Lock has been faulty for a while and finally jammed with me inside with my young family. Called Tom out and attend that night to gain access and install a temporary fix until the part could be sourced. Attended shortly after and resolve the underlying fault without issue. Gave me option for a possible solution and was transparent on pricing. Would definitely use again!
