Tom was excellent from start to finish. He was able to help within about an hour of me phoning him, was extremely professional fixing my tenant's faulty lock and then replacing the faulty parts. Kept me updated on progress throughout. My tenant also remarked that Tom was very professional. Highly recommend.

Lock has been faulty for a while and finally jammed with me inside with my young family. Called Tom out and attend that night to gain access and install a temporary fix until the part could be sourced. Attended shortly after and resolve the underlying fault without issue. Gave me option for a possible solution and was transparent on pricing. Would definitely use again!

Tom was excellent from start to finish so much so he is coming back again to do more work in my flat. When I first contacted him on checkatrade, he replied promptly and professionally. He happily corresponded with me for details of the job and my requirements. On the day of the job he arrived on time, was very pleasant and got the jobs done at a very reasonable price. He advised me on further queries I had and is coming back again next week. He is trustworthy, reliable, professional, and has the best interests of the client. He is very pleasant. Tom came over the afternoon I messaged him about my door getting jammed shut because the internal mechanism wasn't working. It proved to be more complicated to get the door free (destructive methods were required) than initially hoped, but he tried all the options, then figured out the issue and efficiently got the door open. Brought along the right parts to replace the destroyed bits, then realigned the door and mechanism to get everything working even better than it had been before. Extremely professional, reliable, very honest prices and appreciate how he went the extra mile as well.
