Tom undertook a complete roof replacement on our four bedroom detached house with a complex pitched roof and a flat roof section. His quote was very reasonable and proved to be good value for money. His team arrived on time, got on with the work and were polite and friendly throughout. We were very satisfied with the finished result, a roof to be proud of!

The work was carried out at my elderly mother’s property by Tom from T O M maintenance and roofing services. From his initial contact by phone and in person Tom had shown both respect and compassion to my mother being both transparent and clear about what was needed to deal with a few roofing leaks. With the help of video and photos it was obvious we needed more work doing that originally thought. Tom provided a clear simple explanation of what was needed and its costs which were reasonable. The work carried out looks amazing with drone footage showing what was done. Extremely happy mother.
