We had a large water leak as a pipe had become separated in the bathroom, causing water to pour in through the kitchen ceiling. We contacted Russell and Booth, and they sent someone over. The issue was identified and fixed quickly and efficiently. There was good communication throughout and they turned up when they said they would.

Had a few small plumbing jobs completed, had a few different team members for different jobs. Every single one was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a non-standard fitting on our toilet and the team went above and beyond to ensure the work was completed to a high standard. I would 100% recommend and will be using this company for all our plumbing needs.

Called in the morning and had someone at my front door within half an hour. Quick response and solution, work completed within the hour. I would recommend this company to everyone. I'm a happy customer 😄

Communication was spot on, service 10 out of 10 all works completed in a very proffessional way with care.

We had a sink that was leaking and contacted them and they came out the same day and identified a hairline crack in the sink. Tommy came and we ordered a new sink (and taps) and they were fitted a week later. Great service, really nice plumbers and they left everything clean and tidy and did a fantastic job. Will definitely call them again for any other plumbing needs.
