Tommy came to view the job the day after first contact. We agreed a price and he requested some MONY up front for materials. I was worried about this at first, but was assured this was his standard practice. Tommy turned up at the agreed time and carried out the work efficiently. He left the work area as he found it cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely hire Tommy again.

Good communication and trust between both parties. Updated regularly on progress given I live 300 miles away from the work. Pictures and videos shared at each stage.
