Agreed to a job but didn’t turn up
Organised a job with a months notice. Initially comms were ok and the price was good. With a week to go, no response to emails, texts or calls and no one turned up on the day. Left me with the new kitchen to store and having to find a new tradesman to fit it, not to mention a quite rightly so annoyed tenant.

We asked Tommy to fit a door and do some decorating (which included some plastering work).
Tommy fitted a door and did some decorating for us. At the end of the day I could see he was waiting for some plaster to dry. Rather naively (with the plan to ask him to come back to do some other work) I said I didn’t mind him going and completing the work when he next came. After this he didn’t respond to calls or texts. He finally came (after cancelling lots) and did a very poor job of completing previous work - it didn’t look any different. Since this time he hasn’t responded to calls/messages when we have tried to contact . Really disappointing -certainly learnt my lesson!! Would avoid!

Floorboards tightened in readiness for new carpets being put down.
Tommy has been excellent from start to finish. I was really impressed with his communication which was very prompt. He gave a comprehensive quote and was polite and friendly. He carried out the work efficiently and tidily. Will definitely call on him again when needed in the future.

Full refit of carpentry fit a 3 bed semi detached house
Tommy is very polite, friendly and professional. I would have no hesitations recommending him and will be using him again in the future.

Replaced internal doors and skirting.
Tommy did a great job on fitting some new doors and fixtures for me. Asked him to come back and do some additional work for me.
