Tom booked in a date and time but did contact me to see if we could rearrange to an earlier day, which I was more than happy to do as I wanted the stuff gone. He arrived early, was friendly and shifted the rubbish quickly. A bit of paperwork and payment and I was all done. I fully recommend Tom. He responded to my request quickly and well into the evening until it was arranged. Was accomdating when we found more items than we initially realised. He turned up when he said he would and cleared the rubbish very quickly. Even sweeping up afterwards. All paperwork official and licensed.
