Tom told me a rough time frame of 4 days with start and finishing times. He completed it all in the given time frame. He also put everything back to how it was when he was finished as well as cleaning up any mess behind him. He is very reliable and approachable. He advised me if I struggle with anything to give him a call. Would definitely use his services again and high recommend his services to anyone especially friends and family.

Tom serviced our boiler , attended within the time he stated ,polite, friendly , will definitely use him again for any other jobs.

Called him out with problem with boiler. Made arrangements, but unfortunately previous job a little longer than expected,so he rang and told us the problem and would be there ASAP. Which was fine. Only 45 minutes later. He assessed the problem straight away and explained what was wrong and what parts needed. He contacted us a couple of days later with a quote and made arrangements to fit parts. He arrived on time fix problem and service the boiler as well. He cleaned up after leaving no mess. He was very pleasant and professional. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Tom is incredibly professional, polite, honest and reliable. He goes out of his way to assist - whether it’s a regular boiler service or ad hoc jobs such as this one and his work quality is second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who asks.

Tom contacted me to make annual service and we arranged visit easily and quickly. He arrived early to the appointment and worked tirelessly and professionally throughout. He was very courteous and was very respectful of my mums property! He was extremely efficient and professional and would highly recommend his services!!
