I paid for all the work upfront and some additional money for additional work that needed to be carried out. In the weeks after, the plaster has cracked off the walls in the living room and when he came back at a later date to do the kitchen ceiling he made me pay an additional £200 (even though the upfront money was for everything) and rushed the work so badly it looks awful, they didn't even use edging for the edges so they're all scruffy. I wish I could post pictures. I am starting a claim against him now.

this review is not totally accurate we have completed work for this previously and she has left a really nice review
we never took money upfront we completed what we believed we agreed to do she paid us then said we hadn't done some window reveals which we came back and done ,if there was any issues with the standard we would go back but due to her threats via text we couldn't not received and court papers yet so guess she realises her mistake
